Platform partnership
Services are delivered on the WATI platform, operated by Clare.AI Limited. BridgeTech is a business partner of WATI and is not legally connected to WATI, or to WhatsApp/Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of the underlying platform by clients is subject to WATI's End User License Agreement at wati.io/terms-and-conditions.
Service dependency
WhatsApp messaging services depend on the WhatsApp Business API operated by Meta and the WATI platform; availability of these third-party services is outside BridgeTech's control.
